Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, many good eateries around and Shinjuku near to metro subway. Shinjuku Ward district was worth staying in.

The bathroom was a great size considering the size you usually get in business-style hotels. I also loved the novelty of having a graveyard outside the window rather than the tops of other city buildings and their air-conditioners. The matresses weren't 'fantastic' but they did the job as we only stayed there for a night

The location here is great, it's in a really nice area. Plus, you don't have to worry about breakfast because they serve it in the restaurant! 🍳

The location was good.
The hotel design of the building entrance is very poor. You must enter maze-like dark narrow corridors in order to use the lift to the lobby on the second floor.

The location. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, but only a five-minute walk from the excitement of east-side Shinjuku.
It was disappointing to find that the hotel does not serve breakfast.

The room was good value. Its bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom - large. The location was particularly good in the heart of Shinjuku, you may take train on Okubo train station within 5 minutes walk from here.

Hotel was clean and tidy and easy to find. Close to the station. The bath room was bigger than expected. The room was cosy but big enough for two people and two snowboard bags. You wouldn't want to hang out to long in the room but we only needed somewhere to sleep
Booked a non smoking room but one was not available when we checked in. However the room did not stink of smoke and I like to sleep with the window slightly open anyway. The room was fine

It had central location close to Electric Street. Also was close to restaurants and pubs. I had twin room that also was complete with 1 queen bed. A shampoo and a soap were a plus...
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The location is very good. Not far from Shinjuku station easy to walk and have many restaurant and convenience store along the way to the hotel. The hotel have free internet in the room and free water on every floor.
The bed and the pillow are to soft, but it no problem for me. It doesn't have the shower cap. The hotel's elevator is in the back at car park.
